Situation:

 

I have a newly build server, purchased pro key and have started migrating data. Process is: Installed two new drives, one as parity and one as disk1.

 

From another computer I am transferring over disc after disc, I have reached the first disc. Data transferred fine, and I went to preclear that drive. Also went fine, so I installed it as disk2, and then I started transferring data from next drive.

 

This also went fine. BUT, when I start to preclear the last drive.. my disk2 redballs. And the system slows down, preclear don't start..

 

I am uncertain what it is that is actually going on here.. any of you gurus care to take a look at the syslog?

 

Disks are on a sas2lp controller, unraid is a vm under Esxi.

 

Let me know what other info you might need.
