June 18, 201313 yr Hello folks, I seem to have lost access to my web gui, and was wondering if there was a safe way to either restart the web gui, or safely restart the server from the command line (take array offline, restart -now) edit: I logged in as root and ran: powerdown now Kicked back: Warning system going into maintenance mode NOW! Then I ran: shutdown -r now and it came back up clean, no parity check. SOLVED. Thanks!
June 18, 201313 yr Do you have the powerdown script installed? If so type "powerdown now" in the terminal.
June 18, 201313 yr Author I wasn't sure, so I tried it and it said: Warning system going into maintenance mode NOW! Or something like that. Then I got kicked to the command line. From there, I was able to do a shutdown -r now and it came back up clean, no parity check. SOLVED. Thanks!
