Plex server on the quad-core TAMS server? Anyone doing it?

Are the quad-core editions of the TAMS servers muscle-enough to run a Plex server?  (H8DME-2, Opteron Quad Core 2346HE/1.8GHz, 8Gb version)

 

Hoping someone out there has tried this setup and can report success/failure.
