Many disk errors - where to start???

One of my servers is having a lot of problems and I'm not sure what exactly is going on.  I suspect I'll loose data from a few disks and am OK with that but would like to salvage whatever I can.  I just don't really know where to start.  Syslog attached.

 

Advice would be appreciated.

    Are any disks disabled? What are the error counts on unRAID main? Post a screenshot of the main page.
