June 22, 201313 yr I did this with Tomato, but I had to add a password to the root login. I'm using CIFS Client and a dedicated dir: \\ServerIP\Router.

June 22, 201313 yr Author According to my dd-wrt setup screens I can do the CIFS there too. Did you not have success with dd-wrt?
June 22, 201313 yr I was having iPhone/wifi connectivity issues with DD-WRT. Plus their site appeared shady to me. Things have changed over there drastically since I first installed back in December of 2006. That's the main reason why I switched to Tomato.
