I have a PRO licence (single)  and my flash drive just died on me.

 

How can I transfer my licence to a new flash drive.

 

Can I rebuild my setup from scratch without loosing any data?

    Send a note to Limetech with the details of your failure and the GUID of a new flash drive.

     

    Yes, you can rebuild the array without any loss of data once you have the new key.

     

    You will need to know WHICH drive was your parity drive -- if you don't know that, you'll have to be VERY careful with your new drive assignments => post back if you don't know that for sure.
