Unable to move from Cache to Array

Featured Replies

Good Morning Help Unraid people,

I am having a strange issue, I keep getting errors when moving files from the cache drive to the array. I replaced the cache disk thinking it was probably easier then doing extending testing, but the problem still occurs. Strangely it only occurs with some files and not others, it seems to move all the files, but then will not delete it off the cache drive.

there is another thread that seems to have the same problem:

but i dont want bother Tom if anyone else can help.

version: 5.0-rc15

attached is my syslog of a fresh restart and mover log.

I would like to also add that i removed the cache disk, i was able to transfer the files without a problem directly to the array.

Please let me know what other information you guys needs to help me out.

I have upgraded to RC16c but i am still getting the same problem. the files are added to the array, but then not deleted off the cache drive.

Have you tried deleting them manually? This issue was fixed in a recent release but old files may still have issues. Contact Tom (Lime-tech) if the problem persists. He can instruct you on how to resolve.
