July 9, 201312 yr Good Morning Help Unraid people, I am having a strange issue, I keep getting errors when moving files from the cache drive to the array. I replaced the cache disk thinking it was probably easier then doing extending testing, but the problem still occurs. Strangely it only occurs with some files and not others, it seems to move all the files, but then will not delete it off the cache drive. there is another thread that seems to have the same problem: http://lime-technology.com/forum/index.php?topic=27450.0 but i dont want bother Tom if anyone else can help. version: 5.0-rc15 Mounted File Systems (from /bin/mount) proc on /proc type proc (rw) sysfs on /sys type sysfs (rw) /dev/sda1 on /boot type vfat (rw,noatime,nodiratime,umask=0,shortname=mixed) tmpfs on /var/log type tmpfs (rw,size=128m) /dev/md1 on /mnt/disk1 type reiserfs (rw,noatime,nodiratime,user_xattr,acl) /dev/md2 on /mnt/disk2 type reiserfs (rw,noatime,nodiratime,user_xattr,acl) /dev/md3 on /mnt/disk3 type reiserfs (rw,noatime,nodiratime,user_xattr,acl) /dev/md4 on /mnt/disk4 type reiserfs (rw,noatime,nodiratime,user_xattr,acl) /dev/md5 on /mnt/disk5 type reiserfs (rw,noatime,nodiratime,user_xattr,acl) /dev/md6 on /mnt/disk6 type reiserfs (rw,noatime,nodiratime,user_xattr,acl) /dev/md7 on /mnt/disk7 type reiserfs (rw,noatime,nodiratime,user_xattr,acl) /dev/sdj1 on /mnt/cache type reiserfs (rw,noatime,nodiratime,user_xattr,acl) shfs on /mnt/user0 type fuse.shfs (rw,nosuid,nodev,noatime,allow_other) shfs on /mnt/user type fuse.shfs (rw,nosuid,nodev,noatime,allow_other) attached is my syslog of a fresh restart and mover log. I would like to also add that i removed the cache disk, i was able to transfer the files without a problem directly to the array. Please let me know what other information you guys needs to help me out. syslog-2013-07-092.txt putty_log_of_failed_mover.txt
July 10, 201312 yr Author I have upgraded to RC16c but i am still getting the same problem. the files are added to the array, but then not deleted off the cache drive.
July 10, 201312 yr Have you tried deleting them manually? This issue was fixed in a recent release but old files may still have issues. Contact Tom (Lime-tech) if the problem persists. He can instruct you on how to resolve.
