Sata Controller Compatibility: Silicon Image Sil5723 (Drive Xpert technology)

Hi guys I'm using the following board in my unraid rig:

Question is, can I use more than 6 of the sata ports? At least 7?

*Drive Xpert function is available only when the hard disk drives are set as data drives.

Now, I think at least one drive connected to one of these silicon image ports used to work in windows, provided you installed the DriveXpert driver or w/e.

Would it be possible to get this drive port to work with Unraid?
