Every so often when I'm copying files from xp via drag and drop or ftp..   I notice the traffic goes to 0 for a while..  and then resumes..

Now if I go from and XP to XP and not to the unraid..  I don't see it..  Is there something in unRaid that periodically halts network traffic to do some other task?

What drives on the raid server?  Do you have any 1.5TB drives with the timeout problem?
