MSI P43 Neo3-F Boot from USB help

I'm building my first unRaid server and I'm having trouble getting my mobo to boot from the USB.  For those who are using the MSI P43 Neo3-F, how do you set the boot device to USB, its not an option for me?  What version of BIOS are you using, my current BIOS is v1.3 and I see v1.5 is out but I wasn't sure if that was in fact the problem.

    You need to make sure the boot device setting in your BIOS iscorrct (Use Del key to enter BIOS right after power on), that is

     

    (1) make sure your USB is dtected by BIOS and shown in boot device list

    (2) make sure USB is the first device in boot device list

     

    BIOS version is irrelevant, i was using V1.3 and later flashed my P43 Neo3-F to V1.5 both has no problem to boot from USB.
