Can I save only the shares and set up a new unraid machine?

I am wondering if I can save the shares folder that is in my config folder only and then basically do a clean install of unraid and then put the shares folder back and have all my shares and files in the right place?

    The shares will be created with default settings after a clean install. Data disk contents are not effected.
