This is my first time trying to setup unRaid.

On the home page it's telling me 2 of my drives are not installed but under devices they are present.

What am I doing wrong?

    Are you by any chance using v4.7 with drives > 2TB?

     

    If so, you need to switch to v5 RC16c => v4.7 does not support drives larger than 2TB.
