Add new drive - "No un-assigned disks detected"

I picked up a 2TB WD20EARX, and add it to my Greenleaf unRaid server. 

 

When I run preclear_disk.sh -l I get "No un-assigned disks detected".  When I go to disk management, I see the new disk under Drive Partitions - Not In Protected Array.  So it looks like the disk is there, but unRaid doesn't see it.

 

The light is on in the drive bay, but it does not show up in list of devices in Main. 

 

Am I  missing something on how to preclear my new drive and add it to unRaid?

    OK.  Shut everything, pulled the drive, reseated it again, and restarted.  This time preclear does find the drive, and I'm preclearing now.  I'd have thought that the drive wouldn't light up if it wasn't seated correctly.

     

    Stoopid user errors!
