qpar and unrar through webgui

Featured Replies

I use sabnzb and nzbget a lot and most of the time they work great: feed them a nzb, download, verify and unpack. Sometimes however, mostly with older stuff, errors in the nzb kreep in and verfy errors occur. The files then also don't get unpacked and moved to the array. The downloaded files, mostly rars and par/par2s stay in the download folder. When I check them with qpar on my laptop they repair and verify just fine. This takes a rather long time due to (wireless) network connection. It can be done with a 8 GB mkv file, but with several DVD9 or Bluray downloads it gets annoying. Are there plugins for both qpar and unrar available so this can be done on the server self?

Sabnzbd should repair them fine. Maybe runninn a old version of sab that did not support the obfuscated names? If you want to run the tools on the server just use the commandline. par2 v name.par2 and unrar x name.rar
