Hide Files Within a Share?

I'm already aware that I can hide a share as a whole, but is there anyway to hide specific files within a share? I'm running the latest RC and using Windows 8. To be more specific I'm trying to hide .nfo files and some important documents. Right click and marking them as hidden has no effect whatsoever.
