How do I safely remove couchpotato? I have been looking for it in the forum but no luck.

Delete the .plg file and any directories that it created from your boot (flash) drive and reboot.

 

CP itself is downloaded on boot to the RAM disk... So no plugin means  no CP.

 

You may also have data dirs somewhere... But that is specific to how you had your CP configured.
