Served locked up (RC16)

Because I do have some add-on and minor mods (non-array mounted SSD) Im' not posting this to the RC thread.  All plugins existed in their current version with previous RC's without this or any other problems.

Apcupsd-3.14.3-i486-3dl

openssh_overbyrn (1.3a)

screen-4.0.3-i468-1atv

PlexMediaServer-0.9.7.28.33-f80a4a2-unRAID

webGui-latest (rc3)

Go mod include:

#Prevent OOM from killing emhttp
pgrep -f "/usr/local/sbin/emhttp" | while read PID; do echo -1000 > /proc/$PID/oom_score_adj; done

#Mount SSD as appdisk
mkdir /mnt/appdisk
mount -rw -o noatime,nodiratime -t reiserfs /dev/disk/by-id/ata-OCZ-VERTEX2_OCZ-XXXXXXXXXXX-part1 /mnt/appdisk

I'm not sure what to say, but this is the second time on RC16 this has happened.  Sadly i have no log to pull because the webgui, SSH, and the console are all unreachable as are the shares.  The picture says it all but I know it isn't enough.  Not visible in the pic but some spots were blinking too.  Is there any way to continually write out the log to a drive?  I have an SSD non-array drive mounted that i can write it to without risking my flash or keeping the array spun up.

But i guess the real question is, has anyone ever seen this before?

Yeah.. Most likely hardware. RAM or Mobo I'd say.
