This is what I got this morning unraid disk disable. Funny thing is it will not let me start with the bad disk.  Not a blink for a year. All help is much appreciated

Does the drive appear in BIOS? Power cycle the server.

no it does not show in bios. I have switched data cables and power no change. What worry's me is that the error at the end of log when I try to start it and it does not start.

This is where I think the spot is where it will not start. I thought it would simulate the drive from parity is this right?
