Help with plex not auto-updating

Guys, I need some help. So I have unraid 16c running with Plex Version 0.9.7.28

 

I have a popcorn hour with a working client finally.

 

I was all excited except I see my plex isn't updating when a movie is automatically added to the "watched" folder.

 

I have "update my library automatically" checked but it still doesn't auto update and I have to manually scan. This is a key feature that I like about it as I use it with sickbeard etc...

 

Can someone help me out please?
