Network disconnect at random. No entries in syslog

Featured Replies

Hello.

I have run into a strange problem, network disconnect very often. Theres no entry in syslog when it happens.

I can run /etc/rc.d/rc.inet1  restart and it works for a short while.

strange things is, it only WAN network thats affected, i can still telnet and http to the server.

I recently installed uTserver on my box, i had no problems for a couple of days, but then it started.

I really hope someone can help me out here, I don't know what to do really.. :/

thanks

Changing the NIC had it running for 12 hours. I had a disconnect a couple of minutes ago

If it is a router problem, I find it strange that a restart of unraid networking reconnects. also.. I have nothing in the log of the router.
