Server reboots when deleting a file

Featured Replies

I'm using version: 4.4.2 and have had no problems for years with it.

Today I moved a folder with a compressed file to it that was 42 GB. I tried to open the zip file but it was corrupted. I was able to delete the .zip file... But there is also a file called .____padding_file , it's a hidden file. Every time I try to delete or rename it the server spontaneously reboots.

I'm not familiar with the console enough to use it to try deleting the file or folder that the file is in.

Not sure why deleting a file would cause the server to reboot.

Looking for any info on this
