[SOLVED] RSYNC issue

I'm trying to migrate data from one unRAID box to another, but getting the following error:

 

rsync: read error: Connection reset by peer (104)

rsync error: error in rsync protocol data stream (code 12) at io.c(760) [sender=3.0.7]

 

I followed the instructions based on the following post:

Both servers running 5.0 stable. The source box is bare metal, the destination is ESXi. Not sure where to pull the logs from as I don't see anything relevant in /boot/logs

 

Any ideas? Are there any other alternatives to migrating large amounts of data?

    I think I needed VM Tools installed..

     

    EDIT: Yep, VMWare tools were needed.
