It turns out I just had to run the file permission script, and all is well.

I created a few user shares, and I'm not sure how to move TBs of data between shares quickly. I found a way to move existing data between disks, but I don't know how that will help me.

 

I included all my disks in the new share I created, but I can't see any of my old files. Weird.
