Plex can't play video HELP please

I have pms installed on my unraid. I'm using the latest version for VIP members. Connecting remotely is not working and I'm getting the error can't play video. When I open plex app remotely I see my server and files but can't play them. This is the second time this week this has happened. I fixed it last time but can't remember if I reinstalled plex or just stopped and restarted it. On gone network it seems like everything works.
