September 12, 201312 yr It looks like my current USB stick is on its last legs (my 2nd lexar to do so). I'm ready to go from 4.7 to 5.0, but both my /flash directory as we as /boot directly on the server are showing up as blank at the moment. I don't want to take it out of the server to try in case it doesn't come back up, but it means I won't have my previous configs. I've got all my drive positions recorded and 5.0 on a new stick. What further considerations do I have to make before I pull the old stick and try with 5.0? Would I just boot up, make sure the drives are in the correct positions and then start the array?
September 12, 201312 yr Would I just boot up, make sure the drives are in the correct positions and then start the array? Yes, that's all there is to it. If ANY drive shows as unformatted when you Start the array, do NOT format it. Post a picture of the Web GUI if that should happen (it's not likely).
