September 12, 201312 yr Started seeing some weird errors today. I see the error 10B8B could possibly be a drive interface issue, but IDNF according to the wiki is indicative of a drive failure. If i'm looking at this correctly, sdf is my cache drive. September 12, 201312 yr Author Try a new SATA able. have some new ones enroute. i'll swap one out from an empty bay when i get home though.
September 12, 201312 yr Author cache disk refuses to unmount. lsof is coming up clean, any ideas? i checked sb, cp, sab, all not running.. maybe it won't unmount because it's dead
September 17, 201312 yr Author well there you go. swapped out sata and all seems OK now. i guess it really is the simple things i have spare sata cables on hand from now on and my first line of defense will be to swap them out as needed. thank you!
