web server/owncloud on 5 final?

Featured Replies

Basically, just looking for 5.0 compatible httpd pointers.

Is anybody using owncloud on 5.0? With what web server, and were there obstacles?

So far I've only tried SF's webserver and it won't get beyond "stopped". My only other add-on is unmenu. SF is new to me so I may be doing something wrong.

I tried owncloud on unRaid.  It was slow for what I was going to use it for.  I ran into issues getting owncloud to be able to see the shares correctly and it became more pain that it was worth.

As far as the SImplefeatures webserver, if you are trying to do what i did and point the plugin to a custom folder/directory, you have to manually create that folder first and drop the index file in there iof i remember correctly, otherwise it wont start.
