I was looking at the smart report and noticed a bunch of my disks say this, do I need to be worried?

    That's just telling you that the drives have been running for 2.5 years.  If nothing else is failing I'd have a couple precleared spares handy, just in case.

    As noted, it simply means you've got a lot of hours on the drives.    Otherwise it's meaningless.

     

    I've got several drives with over 50,000 power on hours that are still running just fine.
