Issue with files in share showing as hidden

I'm currently on 5.0. I've had this issue since I first setup my unRAID server (on 4.7). I'm sure it had something to do with the way I moved my music over to my unRAID server, but I am still having this issue. About half of my music is showing up as hidden on the server. Are there any commands that I could run to mark everything as not hidden (there should be no hidden files in my user shares)? I did a search, but I didn't really come up with anything on this issue.

 

Any help is greatly appreciated.

    Chrome (Android)
    1. Tap the lock icon next to the address bar.
    2. Tap Permissions → Notifications.
    3. Adjust your preference.
    Chrome (Desktop)
    1. Click the padlock icon in the address bar.

    3. Find Notifications and adjust your preference.
