This is my first message on this forum. I tried first looking in the forums but couldnt find any solution.

As stated the webinterface stoped working after I installed and ran the influencer headphones plugin.

Everything else seems functioning.

 

EDIT:    user shares are not available, however they are accessable through console.

            doing /etc/rc.d/rc.samba restart only outputs: Starting Samba:  /usr/sbin/nmbd -D

                                                                                                                    /usr/sbin/smbd -D             

            tail -f syslog reveals logging has stopped

 

 

Things I tried:

removing the headphones plugin

restart computer by /sbin/powerdown -r

manually restart web interface by doing a killall emhttp and nohup /usr/local/sbin/emhttp & which outputs:

        [1]+  Segmentation fault      (core dumped) nohup /usr/local/sbin/emhttp

 

System specs are:

unraid version: basic, 5.0 rc16

plugins (influencer): sabnzdb, couchpotato_V2, sickbeard, transmission, slimserver, unmenu.

moterboard: M3N78-EM, cpu: SEMPRON 140, ram: 2G, hdd: WD20EARS x 3pcs, thumbdrive: SanDisk 4G.

I love my unRAID install and hope I gave enough information so that some guru can help me out.

Dunno if it's been solved, but previously headphones was notorious for setting a cookie that would block the browser. Try connecting to the web interface from a different PC, and or different browser.

Used different browser in virtual box. unRAID web interface still not comming up. Thanks.

Start in safe mode.

Eventually I did a fresh install. Nothing learned but problem solved.
