Unraid - disk 4 not showing in array

Featured Replies

Hi guys

New to the forum.

We are having a bit of trouble with our file server in the photographic studio.

I recently added a 4th 3TB Western digital Green SATA2 harddrive into the array.

So we did all the necessary requirements for it to partition and format with in the array.

But the whole server amount hasnt added on the new 3TB of space. And the other disks are now full. I'm not being allowed to copy anymore data to the File server.

I have been told the license supports up to 6 disks. And settings have been set that once the other disks are full it will start spooling into the new drive.

But it still doesnt make sense that it has been calculated into the array.

See screen shots.

Check your share settings to see of you are explicitly including only disks 1-3. If so, you will need to add disk 4 (or just clear it so all disks are included)

Moderators can close this thread....

Leave that field blank and all disks will be included. Change the first post to solved.
