October 3, 201312 yr I'll keep it short, because it's pretty simple: great product, impressive service. Communication via email was prompt and effective. I wanted a slightly modified Cleverbox 9, and I got exactly what I asked for. After receiving it, my questions were still answered very quickly. The hardware is quiet. Quiet. I literally can't hear it without my ear pressed against the side. No performance issues, either; the boot time is pretty quick, even with all the custom packages I've got. I really couldn't be happier with the system or the vendor! I'll be back when I'm looking for my next few terabytes.
