can't connect to the ftp (unRAID 4.3.3)

I'm try to connect to the ftp as anonymous.

I have this error message  :

Statut : Connexion établie. Attente du message d'accueil...

Réponse : 331 Please specify the password.

Commande : PASS **************

Erreur : Connexion au serveur impossible !

Finaly I can connect to the ftp with the user "root" and no password like telnet.

I see the directory (disk1,disk2,user...) but not the files.  >:(
