date/time is wrong after upgrade from 4.7 to 5.0

Featured Replies

After I upgraded my 4.7 array to 5.0, I have this error on the main page:

Last checked on Warning: strftime(): It is not safe to rely on the system's timezone settings. You are *required* to use the date.timezone setting or the date_default_timezone_set() function. In case you used any of those methods and you are still getting this warning, you most likely misspelled the timezone identifier. We selected 'America/Chicago' for 'CDT/-5.0/DST' instead in /usr/local/emhttp/plugins/webGui/template.php on line 41 Tue Oct 1 07:28:08 2013 CDT (27 days ago), finding 0 errors.

When I go to Settings/Date and Time, here are the settings:

Timezone: (UTC-06:00) Central Time (US & Canada)

Use NTP: Yes

NTP Server: pool.ntp.org

Can someone tell me what to do here?

Thanks.

Interesting message.    I'd try "toggling" the settings.  Go to Settings - Date & Time;  then change the time zone to something else; reboot the server;  and then go back and change the time zone to your actual zone.    See if that resolves this.
