Hi everyone,

 

I have had unraid set up and have been happily using it with transmission installed for a few months now, no issues to report until the last few days.

 

Torrents that have been completed and seeding for weeks suddenly become paused and display the following error:

 

"Error: Please Verify Local Data! Piece #xxx is corrupt."

 

Right clicking and selecting "verify local data" doesn't do anything to alleviate the problem.

 

I am clueless as to what could be causing this. We use XBMC and foobar to play the torrents once downloaded and it has only just started happening.

 

Any help would be much appreciated.

I'd suggest running a memtest overnight

Figured it out - multiple torrents had the same folder location so were overwriting each other's data.
