Hello guys,

I recently started using the new release 5.0

I accidentally started the array with the cache drive in slot one position. Now I am unable to move to the cache position without the array being invalid.

Current I have 2 WD 2T drives and 1T for the cache.  How do I get the system to let move to 1T to the cache drive. Will I have to preclear the disk again.

In the Web GUI go to the Utils tab and do a "New Config"

 

This time be sure you assign everything correctly 

 

NOTE:  If you have any data on the 1TB drive you want to use as cache, be sure you have current backups of it; as you will lose everything on that drive when you take it out of the array.
