Parity drive acting up?

So this is the 4th time in 2 month my parity drive has shown between 50-100 errors when i got home.  Ive done 2 parity checks in the last 2 months with zero errors.  Ive run a long smart test (pass) and have zero pending or relocated sectors.  Im not sure if i should rma the drive or not.

 

Its always about the same error.
