lost webgui during monthly parity check

Featured Replies

hi all, my monthly check started at midnight.  noticed it was working fine at around 7am, about 15% done (i have 4tb drives so the check takes a while)

i absent-mindedly started a plex plugin update.  while doing this, i seem to have lost access to the webgui for unraid.  also can't access unmenu.  i DO have access from Putty

i can see that other plugins are running, ie i can access shares, sab, plex etc.  just have lost webgui.

also, stopped receiving hourly 'resync' emails.

because i can't access the webgui, can't tell if the check is still running and i'm just not getting emails, or if it has stopped.

what should i do?  reboot server to try to get access back?  do i need to stop the check (or how can i even tell if its running?

or should i wait a day or two until the check stops (again don't even know if its running)

advice?

Sounds like you ran out of memory and the kernel was killing off the processes that have been idle the longest in an attempt to free memory.
