Is there anyway to know who is connected?

Any command to check if a IP/user make a connection to the Tower?

Can we also know which folder/file they are currently using?

in the midnight I saw the disk spinning just trying to know who is still watching movie!

If your using simple features, there is an option in Utilities, under the system information section called Active Streams

It will show IP addresses, and what they are watching (if streaming) or accessing (if FTP or opening files)

In the other tab in this setting, called UserNames, you can also add name descriptions next to the IP addresses which can make it a bit easier
