Upgrade WEBGUI option?

There is an option called "Upgrade Webgui" in the upgrade utilities area. Right now I'm just using simple features plugin. I have unmenu, but don't load it when not needed. Would I be able to process or upgrade the webgui?

    SF is not completely compatible with v5 and can't be used with webgui upgrade.

    Chrome (Android)
    1. Tap the lock icon next to the address bar.
    2. Tap Permissions → Notifications.
    3. Adjust your preference.
    Chrome (Desktop)
    1. Click the padlock icon in the address bar.
    2. Select Site settings.
    3. Find Notifications and adjust your preference.
