Anyone use Serv-U FTP with their UnRAID server?

Reason I ask is that when I map directories for user access in Serv-U FTP and try to access the the FTP server, while it lists the virtual folders I create when I click on them to browse it tells me the directory does not exist.  I'm thinking this is a permissions issue but I'm not very familiar with linux permissions.  I can access the directory I'm testing (//Tower/Videos) by mapping it or browsing to it in Windows (no credentials need to be entered for this).

 

Anyone have any experience with this?
