[SOLVED] Changed Network.cfg, got a new router and now can't access Unraid

Featured Replies

Hello guys,

I had to get a new wireless router after a lightning storm fried my last one. The old router wouldn't allow me to dynamically assign IP addresses so i had to go into the network file in Unraid and set it. The thing is the new router (TP Link) uses ranges of 192.168.0.1 whereas my old linksys used 192.168.1.1.

There does seem to be an extra entry in the ARP but I cant access any of them in the browser (for tower ui) or putty..

any ideas?  :o

Thanks  :)

move network.cfg from your flash drive, or rename it network.old and replace with this then reboot.

then change the settings via the webGUI.

network.cfg

Thanks a million for the help mister hexen!

That worked perfectly!

I did have to shutdown my server ungracefully (just pressed the power button once and it shut down but its doing a parity now) as I had no way to access the UI. Everythings back now, thanks alot  ;D;)
