No hardware changes, but Main says "upgrading disk"

So my box had what I suspect was a short power outage, and now disk 5 is flashing blue, and in the command area it says "stopped: upgrading disk".  Parity and all my other disks are flashing green.

 

But I haven't replaced any disks or changed any other hardware. I'm still running version 4.7.

 

Prior to this my disk checks were all clean, and I haven't had any issues for at least 12 months.

 

What do I need to do to get up and running again?  Am I OK to just start the array and let it rebuild?
