about V5.0.2 and AFP/SMB on OSX not working etc

I've upgraded weeks ago to v5.0.2, and there was something about v5 that broke afp shares on osx? But all worked fine for me so i disgarded the discussion.

 

But now after a reset, my mac mini can NOT see unraid anymore, and time machine is not working. Also the mac can not see the SMB shares on unraid.

I can't find the topic where the issues around the new v5.0 and osx/afp were discussed.

 

So, how can i make my Mac see my unraid server again? Or were is the topic about this?

    read the release notes in 5.0.2 and 5.0.3.

     

    tom changed how the AFP protocol is announced.

    And it worked before i rebooted...

    I've upgraded to 5.0.4, rebooted the unraid server, and rebooted the mac, and now it works again :)
