Following the instructions in the BIOS I have overclocked my CPU to 4.3GHz. However even if I unload the cpu frequency module in unRAID it still only shows as 3.5GHz.

 

I was wondering if someone might know why.

    I suspect it's NEVER running at the max clock due to Intel's SpeedStep technology.  In fact, I'm surprised it even hits 3.5GHz when running UnRAID.

     

    I can't think of ANY reason to overclock the CPU for this application.
