Plex plugin no longer shows up after upgrade to 5.0.4

I just upgraded from 5.0.3 and the plex plugin no longer shows up. I had backed up my flash prior to upgrade and when I went and checked it appears all the plex files are still on the flash. Not sure what the next step is. I downgraded back to 5.0.3 in the hopes that it would come back with no luck. I then tried to reinstall via the PMS updater plugin that still shows up and I notice at the bottom it says "cannot install /boot/extra : file not found" Any ideas? Plex is the main use of my box. Thanks

Well I'm not sure what exactly happened but I was able to get Plex back by downloading it myself from their site.

Plex recently did a massive site reogranization so the Plex Updater Plugin v1.7 does not work and has yet to be updated.
