January 1, 201412 yr Having issues all of a sudden. Could not access the shares remotely, and the web interfaces were not available. Tried to use Powerdown via Telnet but it seemed to hang at "cannot access /dev/hd[a-z]: No such file or directory". Saw others with this issue, but did not see any resolutions. I'm trying to power down manually but getting umount: /mnt/disk1: device is busy. I'm running fuser -mv /mnt/disk1 but it's taking forever to run, over 30 minutes at this point. How long should I expect this command to run? Drives are 2TB WD green drives.
