If you are running 5.0.x, it's only necessary to copy bzimage/bzroot/readme.txt to the flash as before....this is what I did.

 

I did the upgrade and now my server just sits at the following window:

 

Syslinux 3.72 2008-09-25 EBIOS

 

I did some searching and came across this but still nothing.

    Fixed it.

     

    Copied the syslinux folder over, bzimage, bzroot, make_bootable.bt, memtest and then ran make_bootable.
