Check if unraid shutdown properly?

This morning I woke up and found unraid shut down. I wasn't sure if it was shutdown properly. It could be someone pressed the shutdown button by accident (which should be okay right?) or turned off/on (the mains - which is bad).  How do I check the logs from the previous session?

    There is no log from the previous session. If the system begins a parity check when started then the shutdown was dirty.
