brambo23
Hello, I'm fairly new to the unraid OS. I've had a server setup for about 2-3 weeks now. Running unRAID 5.0.4 on a AMD Phenom x2 2.5 Ghz Quad Core with 8gb of RAM Currently I'm running Plex, Sickbeard, Sabnzb, Couchpotato, and Transmission. The only plugins I was using at the time was Plex, Sickbeard, and Sabnzb but Couchpotato was enabled. I do not have unmenu installed I was troubleshooting some connection issues with Sabnzb last night when all of a sudden today I was unable to get to the main Unraid Web Gui. All of my other plugins (Plex, Sickbeard, and Sabnzb) and shares were up and running but was unable to get to the main gui. After doing some research I found that the only way to fix this was to reboot, and seeing that I got my third drive in for parity I figured I would have to do it anyway. So I stopped all my apps and unmounted the drives and shutdown, installed the drive, rebooted and it seemed that unraid booted fine but I'm still unable to view the webgui and now I have no access to my established shares (I believe this may be due to my array not being started yet). Attached is my syslog after reboot and here is a snapshot of my running process' root@LLNNAS1337:~# ps -A PID TTY TIME CMD 1 ? 00:00:06 init 2 ? 00:00:00 kthreadd 3 ? 00:00:00 ksoftirqd/0 4 ? 00:00:00 kworker/0:0 5 ? 00:00:00 kworker/0:0H 6 ? 00:00:00 kworker/u:0 7 ? 00:00:00 kworker/u:0H 8 ? 00:00:00 migration/0 9 ? 00:00:00 rcu_bh 10 ? 00:00:00 rcu_sched 11 ? 00:00:00 migration/1 12 ? 00:00:00 ksoftirqd/1 13 ? 00:00:00 kworker/1:0 14 ? 00:00:00 kworker/1:0H 15 ? 00:00:00 migration/2 16 ? 00:00:00 ksoftirqd/2 17 ? 00:00:00 kworker/2:0 18 ? 00:00:00 kworker/2:0H 19 ? 00:00:00 migration/3 20 ? 00:00:00 ksoftirqd/3 21 ? 00:00:00 kworker/3:0 22 ? 00:00:00 kworker/3:0H 23 ? 00:00:00 khelper 24 ? 00:00:00 kworker/u:1 177 ? 00:00:00 bdi-default 179 ? 00:00:00 kblockd 386 ? 00:00:00 ata_sff 396 ? 00:00:00 khubd 405 ? 00:00:00 kworker/0:1 406 ? 00:00:00 kworker/1:1 407 ? 00:00:00 kworker/2:1 408 ? 00:00:00 kworker/3:1 504 ? 00:00:00 rpciod 526 ? 00:00:00 kswapd0 587 ? 00:00:00 fsnotify_mark 607 ? 00:00:00 nfsiod 611 ? 00:00:00 cifsiod 626 ? 00:00:00 crypto 694 ? 00:00:00 kworker/u:2 783 ? 00:00:00 deferwq 784 ? 00:00:00 kworker/3:2 787 ? 00:00:00 scsi_eh_0 788 ? 00:00:00 usb-storage 794 ? 00:00:00 kworker/u:3 827 ? 00:00:00 udevd 1141 ? 00:00:00 scsi_eh_1 1143 ? 00:00:00 scsi_eh_2 1144 ? 00:00:00 scsi_eh_3 1145 ? 00:00:00 scsi_eh_4 1146 ? 00:00:00 scsi_eh_5 1147 ? 00:00:00 scsi_eh_6 1148 ? 00:00:00 kworker/u:4 1149 ? 00:00:00 kworker/u:5 1150 ? 00:00:00 kworker/u:6 1151 ? 00:00:00 kworker/u:7 1162 ? 00:00:00 kworker/u:8 1184 ? 00:00:00 udevd 1261 ? 00:00:00 syslogd 1265 ? 00:00:00 klogd 1307 ? 00:00:00 rpc.portmap 1311 ? 00:00:00 rpc.statd 1321 ? 00:00:00 inetd 1330 ? 00:00:00 acpid 1340 ? 00:00:00 dbus-daemon 1345 ? 00:00:00 crond 1347 ? 00:00:00 atd 2038 ? 00:00:00 flush-8:0 9909 ? 00:00:00 emhttp 9910 tty1 00:00:00 agetty 9911 tty2 00:00:00 agetty 9912 tty3 00:00:00 agetty 9913 tty4 00:00:00 agetty 9914 tty5 00:00:00 agetty 9915 tty6 00:00:00 agetty 9917 ? 00:00:00 udevd 9921 ? 00:00:00 md 9922 ? 00:00:00 mdrecoveryd 9924 ? 00:00:00 kworker/1:2 9925 ? 00:00:00 spinupd 9926 ? 00:00:00 spinupd 9938 ? 00:00:00 nmbd 9940 ? 00:00:00 smbd 9952 ? 00:00:00 smbd 9953 ? 00:00:00 avahi-daemon 9954 ? 00:00:00 avahi-daemon 9962 ? 00:00:00 avahi-dnsconfd 9969 ? 00:00:00 unraidd 9979 ? 00:00:00 kworker/3:1H 9980 ? 00:00:00 reiserfs 9981 ? 00:00:00 flush-9:1 9982 ? 00:00:00 kworker/0:2 9987 ? 00:00:00 flush-9:2 9996 ? 00:00:00 shfs 9999 ? 00:00:00 emhttp_event 10001 ? 00:00:00 disks_mounted 10002 ? 00:00:00 rc.couchpotato_ 10059 ? 00:00:00 in.telnetd 10060 pts/0 00:00:00 bash 10073 ? 00:00:00 sleep 10074 pts/0 00:00:00 ps I have powered down and rebooted again with no luck, any help would be appreciated. syslog.txt Quote Link to comment
brambo23
Well after looking at the syslog i solved the problem myself, couchpotato wasn't fully finishing the startup, halting the rest of the boot process. Removed Couchpotato and everything booted up fine (including the main web gui) Quote Link to comment
ja_sen
Just had the same problem. I had to head to work but as soon as I get home I will remove couchpotato and reboot to see if that fixes it. Thanks! Quote Link to comment
